                       Surfing through some websites I came upon a link to this .At first It had an impression of being a Dungeons and Dragons Clone….you know the Multiplayer role playing game sort…….But man…theres something more to it…Its sure worth a try…..

                      

                        TheMobster.Com is an online MMORPG —A browser based one wherein you can assume the role of a Gangster in the  Depression hit Usa Of 1930’s.

                        You start with some initial basic money and some points.You can join an existing Gang or create one of yours.The gang has its own heirarchy varing from The Don,Underboss,Caporegime, to a soldier ….you can rise up the ranks as you move up.

                        You can use the points granted to you at the Beginning and start gunning down the rivals gangs’ You can also purchase some points as and when needed .You can choose your inventry from  the classic Thompson 1928 to basic pistols and also buy some ammuntion for the next  war.

                       As you start winning the Mobwars ,your RANKING in the City starts rising.There are rounds to decide the top-rankers and these rounds last many hours.

                       As this is a Browser based game you have to download a small software which validates your unique ID with their server.Those guys permit only one ID per IP address to prevent malpractices.
